Keandra has been a musical director since 2011 and specializes in direction for musical theatre. Known for tailoring her directional approach to the individual skills of the cast, Keandra is one of the most prolific musical directors in the South Florida area and has musically directed over 115 productions. In high demand by high-achieving school drama programs, Keandra is also involved in children's, regional, and professional theatre and musical direction. Strong skills include teaching complex harmony to several groups, catering to the skills of young singers, and implementing clear, organized and consistent rehearsal direction. Keandra closely works with schools across Miami-Dade County as an adjunct musical director, garnering Critics' Choice and Top Honors for her students’ participation in state-wide adjudications.
